Grew annual startup investments from approximately 30 to more than 120.
Created and managed 32+ investment vehicles, including 13 publicly listed vehicles.
Onboarded more than 230 investors, broadening participation in technology investing.
Worked with Shell, Heineken, JTI and the Dutch Government on corporate and startup innovation.
Developed the vision to invest in 100,000 startups, with initiatives including FutureXPO and Beyond Borders.
Founded and led the Explorator Team, developing H2 and H3 innovations for Startupbootcamp’s future growth.
Created the Disruptive Analyses research method, presenting insights to organisations including Shell, Rabobank, Nestlé and AXA.
Led development of FuelUp’s startup and scaleup database and its machine-learning and AI capabilities.

Delivered more than 600 presentations and workshops across 16 countries for founders, corporates, investors and government officials.
Mentored 40+ startups, mediated 30+ investment decisions and facilitated 15+ proofs of concept and pilots during the transformation chapter.
